Shown below is a broad-band voltage tuned oscillator assembly that uses the Mini-Circuits POS-200 VCO to produce an output power greater than 9 dBm at frequencies from 100 to 200 MHz (see Figure 1 & 2 for frequency & power plots). Figure 3 shows a drawing of the printed circuit assembly with connections and components identified. A typical mounting configuration is shown in Figure 4.
